You've planned for your retirement.
Who's planning for theirs?
Every family has someone who can't manage their own finances alone — a child with special needs, an aging parent, a sibling after a sudden diagnosis. WiseNest is the only retirement tool that plans for all of them, together.
You've built a plan for your retirement.
What happens to theirs?
Most financial tools plan for a single person, or a couple. They stop there. But millions of American families look after someone — a child with special needs, an elder parent, a sibling after an accident — and no tool has ever planned for that reality.
Your child with special needs
They'll need financial support long after your retirement. What happens when you're no longer here to provide it? WiseNest models special needs trust income, government benefit preservation, and long-term care costs — across a lifetime, not just yours.
Your aging parent
She managed her own finances for 70 years. But after her stroke, she asked you to help. WiseNest's Look-After Arrangement lets you step in formally, with her consent, without a court order — and with full visibility for the whole family.
You, if something happens
You've never thought about what happens to your plan if you can't manage it yourself. WiseNest lets you designate a trusted steward now, with dual-control safeguards — so your wishes are clear before anyone has to guess.
“I thought retirement planning was for me. WiseNest made me realize it was really for my daughter.”

Designed for dignity.
Built with trust.
A Look-After Arrangement lets one family member formally help manage another's plan — with consent, transparency, and the whole family watching.
The steward is named
One family member — the steward — is named to look after another. You set the scope: full plan access, read-only, or specific sections only. A second steward can be added for dual-control on major decisions.
The subject confirms
If the person being looked after can provide consent, WiseNest asks them to confirm. If they can't, the arrangement is noted as caregiver-initiated — and visible to the whole family. Nothing is hidden.
The family watches
Every Look-After Arrangement is visible to all Familia members. The audit trail shows every action the steward takes. Any family member can file a dispute — which immediately pauses all steward activity and notifies everyone.
The arrangement ends cleanly
When it's time to end the arrangement — recovery, transition to legal guardianship, or natural conclusion — WiseNest makes it one step. The steward is notified, the plan returns to its owner, and the record stays.
Look-After Arrangements are not legal guardianship, conservatorship, or power of attorney. For legal protections, consult a qualified elder-law attorney. WiseNest provides financial planning tools only.
The numbers your plan must include — and most tools don't.
If you're planning for a child with special needs, the math is different. Your projection has to survive your death — not stop at it. WiseNest runs the numbers other tools refuse to show you.
Every retirement projection I ran stopped at my death. But I have twins — one of whom has special needs. My plan can't stop when I do. His has to keep going.
— Rich, Founder & CEO, WiseNest
Rich built WiseNest because every tool he tried assumed he was planning alone, for himself, until a specific age. The Look-After feature came directly from his family's experience — as did the special-needs trust modeling, the survivor income replacement projections, and the decision to treat multi-generational care as a first-class planning concept, not an edge case.
Families who finally feel ready.
“My daughter gets SSI. I was terrified that a trust would disqualify her. WiseNest showed me exactly how a properly structured SNT works with her benefits — and how much I need to fund it.”
“My mom handed me her bank card after her fall and said 'take care of it.' I needed something more formal — something the whole family could see. The Look-After arrangement was exactly what we needed.”
“My husband and I set up reciprocal Look-After arrangements before his surgery. If something had gone wrong, I would have had everything I needed to keep the plan going — without lawyers, without courts.”
Look After is part of
the Familia plan.
The Familia plan is built for families that look after each other. Five full seats, each with their own plan — all connected, all visible to those who should see them.
Your plan doesn't end
when you do.
