Every introduction on WiseNest Connect is quality-matched — you receive a family only when there is a genuine fit with your credentials, specialty, and language preference. Here is exactly what to expect:

- ✓If a match does not meet our quality standard, we issue a full pro-rated credit — no questions asked, applied automatically to your next billing cycle
- ✓Credits never expire and stack with referral credits earned from colleague and client invites
- ✓You control your availability: pause introductions anytime without losing your banked balance
- ✓Data from every introduction can be used in WiseNest or exported — CSV, PDF, RightCapital, eMoney Advisor, or MoneyGuidePro
Example: if your Connect plan ($79/mo) includes 1 introduction per month and that introduction does not meet our quality standard, you receive a pro-rated credit automatically — applied to your next billing cycle with no action required on your end.
Billing is automatically paused in any month when no introduction is delivered — you are never charged for a month without a match. Your subscription resumes the following month, and any unused introductions roll forward (up to 3 banked at a time) so you never lose the credit you have earned.
